  • Quote, book, dispatch, track, and deliver shipments.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services:

  • Carriers, shippers, and receivers involved in a shipment, limited to what is needed to move that freight.
  • Service providers that support our operations, such as accounts payable and receivable, factoring and payment processors, communications platforms, load tracking, and IT hosting. They may use information only to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Hauling for Heroes, by checking the SMS box on a form on this Site or by agreeing when we onboard you, we use your mobile number to send SMS messages about conversations, appointments, reminders, and updates related to your inquiry, your shipments, and our business relationship with you.
